Submission Failures
"Failed to fetch" Error

Wait a moment and try submitting again
The form will automatically retry up to 3 times
Contact support if the issue persists
Monthly email limit reached
Possible causes:
You've used all 500 monthly emails
No top-up credits available
Solutions:
Purchase email top-ups to continue receiving submissions
Wait for your monthly limit to reset (30 days from activation)
Storage limit reached
Possible causes:
You've exceeded 1GB of file storage
Large files consuming storage space
Solutions:
Remove old files if possible
Use smaller file sizes for uploads
Contact support about storage options
File Upload Issues
File exceeds 25MB limit
Possible causes:
Individual file is larger than 25MB
Multiple files exceed total size limit
Solutions:
Compress files before uploading
Split large files into smaller parts

Domain Issues
"Domain mismatch" Error
Possible causes:
The Domain value in the component does not match the domain in your browser
The license is already active on a different domain
Domain format mismatch (extra path, wrong subdomain, etc.)
Solutions:
In Framer, open the Klavo component and check the Domain field in Setup
Make sure it exactly matches your live site domain (no extra paths like
/page, no query parameters)If you recently moved the form from another site, remove the old instance and update the Domain to the new site
Form not submitting in preview
Possible causes:
You are testing inside the Framer canvas (designer view)
The component is showing
Please publish your site for form submission.
Solutions:
Publish your site
Use the Framer preview URL or your custom domain to test the form
Email Delivery Issues
Not receiving submission emails
Possible causes:
Recipient email not configured
Emails going to spam folder
Email address typo
Solutions:
Verify recipient email is set correctly
Check spam/junk folder
Verify email address spelling
Test with a different email address
Multiple recipients not receiving emails
Possible causes:
Email addresses not comma-separated correctly
One or more email addresses invalid
Solutions:
Ensure emails are separated by commas
Verify all email addresses are valid
