No, Klavo is designed to work entirely within Framer's visual interface. No coding required.



### Is Klavo secure?



Yes, Klavo includes multiple security features:

### What does the Pro license include?



The Pro license is available in two variants:



**Pro Monthly:**

- 500 submission emails per month

- 1GB file storage

Both variants include the same features and limits. The only difference is the billing frequency.



### Can I use Klavo on multiple sites?



The Pro license allows use on one website. Each site requires its own license.



### What happens if my subscription expires?



If your subscription becomes inactive:

- Form submissions will stop working

- Access to stored files may be limited

- License will need to be reactivated



### Can I transfer my license?



Licenses are tied to the email address used for purchase. Domain changes are allowed up to 5 times per license.



## Email and Submissions



### How many emails can I send?



The Pro license includes 500 submission emails per month. Additional credits can be purchased through email top-ups.



### What happens when I reach my email limit?



When you reach your monthly limit:

- You can purchase email top-ups to continue

- Top-ups are used automatically

- Your monthly limit resets every 30 days



### Can I send to multiple email addresses?



Yes, you can specify multiple recipient email addresses by separating them with commas in the recipient email field. **Important:** Each recipient counts as a separate email credit. If you specify two email addresses, each form submission will consume 2 credits from your monthly allowance or top-up balance.



### Are submission emails customizable?



Yes, you can customize email templates using HTML and template variables. See the email template configuration in the component settings.



## File Uploads



### What file types are supported?



You can allow:

- Images only (JPG, PNG, GIF, etc.)

- Documents only (PDF, DOC, DOCX, etc.)

- All file types



### What is the file size limit?



Individual files are limited to 25MB. Total storage per license is 1GB.



### How long are files stored?



Files are stored securely and remain accessible via download links in submission emails. Storage is managed per your license limits.



### Can I download submitted files?



Yes, each submission email includes download links for all uploaded files. Links are secure and time-limited.



## Domain Management



### How many times can I change my domain?



You can change your active domain up to 5 times per license. There is no cooling period between changes.



### How do I change my domain?



1. Visit the license manager page

2. Request a domain change

3. Confirm via email

4. Your new domain becomes active



### What happens to my old domain?



When you change domains, the old domain is deactivated. Form submissions will only work on the new active domain.



### Can I use subdomains?



Yes, subdomains are supported and treated as separate domains. Each subdomain would require its own domain activation.



## Technical Questions



### Does Klavo work in Framer preview mode?



Forms will validate licenses in preview mode, but submissions are disabled. You must publish your site for form submissions to work.



### Can I use Klavo with custom code?



Klavo is designed to work as a standalone component within Framer. Custom integrations may be possible but are not officially supported.



### What browsers are supported?



Klavo works in all modern browsers that Framer supports, including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.



### Is there an API?



Klavo uses internal APIs for form processing. Public API access is not currently available.



## Billing Questions



### How does billing work?



Klavo uses subscription billing through Lemon Squeezy. You're billed monthly or annually based on your subscription plan.



### Can I cancel my subscription?



Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy account or customer portal.



### What happens to my data if I cancel?



Your form submissions and files remain accessible according to your license terms. Form functionality will stop working after cancellation.



### Are refunds available?



Refund policies are handled by Lemon Squeezy. Contact their support for refund inquiries.



## Email Top-ups



### How do email top-ups work?



Email top-ups are one-time purchases of additional email credits. They supplement your monthly allowance and never expire.



### When are top-ups used?



Top-ups are automatically used when your monthly limit (500 emails) is exceeded. They're consumed seamlessly in the background.



### Can I purchase multiple top-ups?



Yes, you can purchase multiple top-up packages. Credits are cumulative and added to your total balance.



### Do top-ups expire?



No, top-up credits never expire. They remain available until used.
